Keyboard hides the WiFi password input on Android

Open hkicko opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

Describe the bug The keyboard shows on top of the WiFi password entry window and covers the input, making it impossible to see what you are typing or if your key press got accepted.

To Reproduce Pair with hostpot over BT and attempt to enter new WiFi password.

Expected behavior The input box should shift up and display above the keyboard.

I am unable to get to that screen to verify. I have one Nebra hotspot here that I tried with, it is connected to Ethernet so when I get to the WiFi screen it tells me it is connected to Ethernet and there is no list of SSIDs that I could try, clicking on refresh does nothing to bring a list of WiFi networks, also unplugging the cable did not help. I tried multiple times, lost more than 30 min rebooting, pairing over BT and trying again and again.
