Unable to send HNT from android wallet. Unable to calculate fees.

Describe the bug

Entering a HNT address, pressing "Send Max" results in:

"Send Max Error: Unable to calculate fees to send max balance"

Sending a fixed amount results in a failure:

"Failed Transaction"
Unable to complete transaction to 13F..... because the fee was incorrect.  Please try again.

Hi,

The API is likely a few blocks behind (we had a long outage + chain halt last night so everything is catching back up) and couldn't fetch the oracle price that determines transaction fees. Please try again in a few hours, apologies for the inconvenience.
