The app is showing 'Your hotspot earned 0 HNT on xx July (UTC). - Has been like this through multiple updates even though my hotspot is and always has been earning fine.

The old fix of changing API provider is no longer available under the app section of settings.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Make sure the app is updated to 4.1.1, then sign out, then sign back in.
