Remove SenseCap Hotspot from onboarding list

sensecap has indicated they're ready to transition completely over to their maker app. if a user decides to onboard a sensecap hotspot, popup a dialog and instruct them to download the relevant ios or android app.

For users with Sensecaps in their owned Hotspot lists, we should add their maker app links in the Hotspot Settings: Below "Hide Hotspot", add "Use SenseCAP App" "Manage your Hotspot with an app designed by SenseCAP". on tap, send them to open the app, or download from app store.
