Error getting version (v2.2.4) & ADPU Payload Error (v.2.1.3)

Hi all, I have collected some HNT on my Ledger Nano S which I want to move to another wallet. The Helium App version on the Ledger is 2.2.4 and the Ledger version is 2.1.0. As a Helium client I used both 2.2.4 versions from GitHub and tried to move my Helium. Unfortunately in vain. I always get the following error message: "CLI Version 2.2.4 did not work - error: Error getting version: Your ledger application may not be running or require an update. Unexpected response from ledger (3 bytes)... Consider updating". With this client version I could not execute any command, it always came to this error message. Now I have tried client version 2.1.3. With this version I could see the account balance, but I could not send Helium. Every time I executed the command the following error message appeared on the ledger display: "ADPU Payload Error - wrong size! Please check the picture in the comments below.

Can anyone tell me where the problem is here and how I can send the HNT on the ledger? Unfortunately, I can not downgrade the version of the Ledger Helium app to 2.1.3.
