"Request Error"

I was able to successfully implement the helium-cli in Windows 10, and subsequently transfer my HNT balance to my Ledger Nano-S about a month and a half ago.

Today I connected the Nano-S and performed a firmware update as well as I updated Ledger Live on my PC, and now I get a request error when typing "helium-ledger-cli balance" into the command prompt. That being said, when I type "helium-ledger-cli" by itself, I get a return indicating that my PC and the Nano-S are communicating, so something is off and I am not sure what to think.

I am running version 2.2.3 of the CLI and 2.41.3 of Ledger Live. My Nano-S is updated to the most recent firmware as of today 05/11/2022.

Any help genuinely appreciated!

The API may have been under load when you last tried. Improvements are being made all the time and perhaps load has subsided. Are things working for you now?
