Where should people ask technical questions about erlang-libp2p?

Hiya! 👋🏻

I'm trying to set up Github Discussions for all of the libp2p implementations so there is a place to direct users with technical questions. Do you have a forum set up already? If not, will you set up Discussions on this project? I would also like a place where I can announce libp2p community events so that everybody, regardless of implementation, knows what's going on in the broader community.
