Added Style Guide
Added Style Guide that could be added to the documentation for end users that is based on the work from: Docs Writing Style Guide PR as it was mentioned that it has longterm value for docs contributors.
It has more content now and is included in the navigation.
Looking to get more feedback as creating full guide seems to be a task with bigger scope.
