Add a link to this calculator somewhere in the IOT docs

Very good calculator: https://avbentem.github.io/airtime-calculator/

Would be helpful if we could add it somewhere in the IOT section of the docs. Not ceratin where the best place to put it is though.

I want to work toward more device design and diy guides. I think this would make sense as part of that content.

roughly: – Building LoRaWAN Solutions ↳ Design Considerations (probably here?) ↳ Hardware Selection ↳ Firmware Design (reiterated here?) ↳ Visualizing Data

Those are great guides, which I wish there was more of. I agree with those placements!

Is there a good place that it could fit in right now?
