City Hotspot Cursor Error

Hello,

I am trying to download the data of hotspots in a city.

I search for https://api.helium.io/v1/cities/YmVybGluYmVybGluZ2VybWFueQ/hotspots YmVybGluYmVybGluZ2VybWFueQ = city ID for Berlin

I get a list of 1000 hotspot and a cursor. Cursor = eyJoZWlnaHQiOjE0MjQ2MTIsImZpbHRlcl9tb2RlcyI6WyJmdWxsIiwibGlnaHQiLCJkYXRhb25seSJdLCJiZWZvcmVfYmxvY2siOjEyNDMzOTQsImJlZm9yZV9hZGRyZXNzIjoiMTEyVWRSQzhLeGZSU3F5Z0NmM3pEVGs1TXE2Q29ldXdyOURVdVFveFI4aFREd1NFZXVlZSJ9

When https://api.helium.io/v1/cities/YmVybGluYmVybGluZ2VybWFueQ/hotspots?cursor=eyJoZWlnaHQiOjE0MjQ2MTIsImZpbHRlcl9tb2RlcyI6WyJmdWxsIiwibGlnaHQiLCJkYXRhb25seSJdLCJiZWZvcmVfYmxvY2siOjEyNDMzOTQsImJlZm9yZV9hZGRyZXNzIjoiMTEyVWRSQzhLeGZSU3F5Z0NmM3pEVGs1TXE2Q29ldXdyOURVdVFveFI4aFREd1NFZXVlZSJ9

It shows "error".

When opening explorer, clicking the city and clicking hotspots and scrolling down. It only shows the first 1000 hotspots as well. The site is "Loading More Hotspots" since forever.

Please I need help on how to fix this!
