No record of Transferred Packets in Explorer

I have been transferring packets to my Rak V2 via my mapper which show up in my console, but I'm not seeing them in explorer or getting mining rewards. This has been ongoing for 4 days. The screenshots are for packets that were sent about 90 minutes ago. I have been receiving other mining rewards for witnessing and beacons.

@wbefield this issue is pretty old now. Also, you've filed it against blockchain-core rather than Explorer. Are you still noticing a problem?
