Basic Mixer and a few Effects

I'd like to see a basic mixer in the style of Spire Studio where you manage panning and volume by placing colored dots in relation to the center of the screen. Closer means louder and further away means softer. You could even run a scroll wheel on these dots to change their size. (small means in the air and large means near the floor - or opposite) This would allow basic ambisonic mixing and give you a better overall mix in space. (Especially if it did proper 3D mixing including phase calculation and reverb convolution as well...)

There is a FAUST script I found which could generate some JUCE DSP code for automated mastering. I feel like this with a basic EQ for each instrument would provide Helio with all the would necessary for most composition workflows.

With these and the ability to generate 5.1, 7.1 or even 11.2 mixes you could get a decent orchestral mix and master without ever leaving Helio.
