Imbeddable GUI

Hi Benjamin, happy holidays andI hope you have been well.

I have a request I hope you will consider: a customizable imbedded TCP or MCP GUI element to control ReaLearn's internal "ReaLearn Parameters". Being able to choose which parameters appear and whether they are a toggle button, slider or knob and have them appear on REAPER's GUI would be killer.

My use case is to have an interface on my Vocal Recording track which can mute the speakers and control microphone input gain through RME TotalMix via OSC.

I guess REAPER's "Show FX parameter in panel" is not flexible enough for your use case? In my opinion, the best thing would be if REAPER could improve that feature.

You could also send OSC messages to TotalMix in response to solo/mute changes on the REAPER track. I know it's not what you are asking but maybe it could be of interest to you?

Anyway, I think having an embeddable TCP/MCP GUI would be nice one day. But at the moment this is far away. Wouldn't even know what to display there exactly. Also, I would first need to get familiar with the API that allows that and translate it to Rust. Could take a while.
