Introduce <Last focused> FX selector

Split from #188. One way to make it possible to switch between different FX presets using "Auto-load preset: Depending on focused FX" without actually having to see the FX on the screen. Could also be combined with #228 maybe to not drown in a confusing set of FX selectors?

Note to self: Although #228 "Instance FX" is implemented now, this FR here still makes sense as a variation of the <Focused> selector if one wants to control the focused FX and still wants to keep controlling it even if closed and no new FX focused. This is orthogonal to #228.
