No ability to change folder of file link

E.g., if I create favorite to a file in the wrong location I have to recreate the link rather than drag it to the correct folder or being able to edit it to change it.

This makes it hard to organize links. A simple folder selection box in the edit properties would do that is similar when creating a new link.
