How can I make a drag element also be a dropzone?

Hi! Is it possible to make a drag element also be a dropzone?

Currently I have a list of elements I can reorganize via drag and drop. However I would also like to be able to drag elements from another list inside the elements of the former one. Is it possible ?

I have a list of elements I can reorganize : Colors, Components and Text Styles. These are drag elements. And I want to be able to drag elements from another list into these three elements as shown below:
