Beautify borders plug-ins

My original design of the Beautify border will provide 7 types of borders:

1. Simple Border: this is hard to implement.
2. Relaxed Border: this also is hard to implement.
3. Text Border: also hard to implement.
4. Rip Border: already implemented, but need doing some adjust.
5. Colorful Border: it's easy to implement, just need time for coding.
6. Texture Border: already implemented, but need doing some enhance.
7. Animation Border: this border will provide GIF animation border.

These need a lot of coding...
