Allow passing extra resources in the chart

Thank you for providing a fix! Is there a time frame when we can expect this to be available?

Please add support for chart mirrors (override dependency chart FQDN and base path)

I recently had the same problem and AFAIK there is no way to set/rewrite the dependency chart URLs. As a workaround I ended up disabling all dependencies (this often works)...
