Observations - `octokit.rest.issues.createComment`, `octokit.rest.issues.setLabels`, `GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/pulls/{pull_number}/files` and `POST /repos/{owner}/{repo}/pulls/{pull_number}/requested_reviewers` are working fine. But `octokit.rest.pulls.createReviewComment` is failing with 401 error
