What is the secondary sort criteria?

If I choose to sort by URL, then how bookmarks within the same URL will be sorted? By time added? By name? Ascending? Descending?

The sort should be stable, i.e. keep identical items in the same order.

What if I want to change sort criteria? For example, I have 10K bookmarks from 10 sources. After sorting by URL I have 10 groups of bookmarks with same URL in each group. If natural order is kept, I have bookmarks in the way I saved bookmarks (i.e. by time added ascending if I didn't drag bookmarks manully). But I want bookmarks from same sources sorted by name/title.
