The rtkit-daemon service is a lot more verbose than other services when it doesn't have anything to do. Stop logging the debug messages by default to avoid flooding the system...
A Dell XPS 13 2-in1 (7390) defaults to using suspend-to-idle for mem sleep. After resume, rtkit thinks the canary thread starved and demotes all the realtime threads.
On every resume, the watchdog thread happily reports that there has been a deadlock since the canary hasn't responded since before the computer resumed. Get notifications from logind over dbus...
