Version 0.4.78 isnt resolveable

go get -u github.com/heetch/avro will install 0.4.78, but when external dependencies use the library with this version, they fail to resolve the version. Maybe has something to do with it not being a tag here on github? Downgrading to 0.4.7 works fine.

I wonder if someone accidentally pushed a git tag v0.4.78 and then deleted it. I'm not sure there's anything we can do now other than publish v0.4.79 containing a retraction for v0.4.78.

That was my mistake. I've released v0.4.79
