Conflicts resolved. @Bodge-IT @softforge I think its to late for 6.0.0? Should I rebase to 6.1-dev or is it possible in a patch release?

Its cause by https://github.com/joomla-framework/registry/pull/81 @rdeutz I made a PR (https://github.com/joomla-framework/registry/pull/82) in the framework package to address the issue
