Describe the bug Somewhere in the last few weeks/months without our knowing, the read aloud function stopped working. It does not throw an error but is also does not make a sound!
Can you tell which system are you using to test this feature? It seems to be working on Windows and Android!

Ah ok that is somewhat of a relief! It seems to be working again for me also in Chrome on Mac. But when I was at uni, it did not work (and @rmagedon97 had the same experience I think on Linux) so maybe our uni firewall blocks it?! I will try again tomorrow when I am there.
Hello @Felienne and @jpelay , i have just tried on my Windows 11 laptop on Edge and on Linux Mint on Firefox and it was working on the school WiFi. I tried on my I phone (safari) and first couple of time there was no sound but then it started to work. Is it possible to be loading long before it starts working? I've also just noticed that the drop-down menu is different and contains different languages on all machines.
