[UI idea] Generate Hedy Certificate on completion

Idea incl level When a learner reachers the quiz of level 18, we could generate a nice certificate with some info about the student (highest level, # of achievements, longest program, best quiz score etc.) We already have code to nicely layout cheatsheets, we could reuse that?

Could be a fun little (?) task for @jpelay? 🙏
