[UI idea] Add progress bar to achievements

Idea incl level It might be nice to add some sort of progress bar to the achievements overview. Giving users more insight in how close they are to achieving it. This might especially be useful for the "use all commands achievements" at it is currently really hard to achieve this (and due to a bug even impossible atm).
