Decrease highlight bg color compared to selection bg color

Example to illustrate:

The cursor is next to a string token so it's highlighted (not selected).

The string is selected.

It is very difficult to know the difference without looking at the status bar in the bottom right.

I think the token highlight should have a more subtle bg color and the selected text should have a stronger bg color.
