vscode marketplace links are broken / not visible in vscode extension list

The link in the readme and the one at https://hediet.github.io/visual-keyboard/ are both broken. I'm also not seeing it in vscode's extension list. Is the extension not available any more? If so, what about reducing confusion by removing/disabling the links and adding a note?

I'm hoping it's just temporarily unavailable, because I've been looking for exactly this extension for quite a while :)

I deprecated this extension. It had severe issues at least on Windows, that could potentially freeze your mouse and keyboard (temporarily).

If you know a reliable way how to listen on global keystrokes (or just the one in VS Code), please let me know!

Would it be possible to publish it for linux and OSX only, with an explanation of why there isn't a windows version? Barring that, I'd appreciate it if the links were disabled and some text added next to them explaining the reason it's deprecated.

I don't know enough about vscode's guts or about windows to suggest a workaround, unfortunately.
