Closing, as we revert the `#...` brackets for cpp in #161589.

@sean-mcmanus you reported the problem here: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/159586#issuecomment-1248899801  This one is not fixable.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

I cannot reproduce:  Can you try to reproduce in Vs Code Insiders? Or without any extensions?

That would be great ;) But what exactly do you want to test? I prefer mocha though. I usually copy the setup from [this repository](https://github.com/hediet/ts-std).

Have you started yet? I would otherwise write some soon.
