Reformat tables

Describe the solution you'd like One feature I saw in a markdown plugin for visual studio code was "auto format table". I love it. The feature autoformats tables and aligns the columns to the content lenght.

It had a manuall mode and an automatic mode. Automatic mode works like manual, but triggers the reformating while you're typing.

HackMD's CodiMD also has this (in 1.4.0), would be really nice to also have something like this in HedgeDoc.
