Add buttons to insert columns in tables

In hackmd, there are buttons to easily add columns, and keyboard shortcuts to align cells. It would be great to have these buttons in hedgedoc.

add buttons to add columns and cell alignment when tab is pressed

another solution could be a button to define a number of line and col at the creation, like with LibreOffice.

Your proposed alternative with the grid is already included in HedgeDoc 2. The buttons for adding/removing could also be added.
