Unleashed Recomp has a chance of crashing on first boot

Describe the Bug

On a fresh PC boot, Unleashed Recomp tends to crash on the first time it's executed. However, re-opening it works fine, and it never crashes again until the computer is rebooted. This issue also isn't consistent and it may never happen at all in some PC boots.
