game doesn't work

I tried to open it, it says that it doesn't work because of direcx 12 or vulcan, but I have direcx 12 installed, why doesn't it work? I checked here

do you have a graphics card that supports directx 12?? try updating your graphics drivers

You need to have a system compatible with the directx 12 api. Make sure your gpu is compatible.

You cannot install DirectX 12, it must be compatible with your entire hardware. Please provide your full specs, including CPU and GPU, before making an issue. If it doesn't work, your device is probably too outdated for that.
