FPS Slider in the Options Menu Applies Setting in Real Time

Describe the Bug

While adjusting the FPS limit in the options menu, the limit gets applied in real time while you're adjusting the slider. The correct behaviour should be like other settings in the menu, where the new value only gets applied when you press the apply button.
