Additional Context
I already tried checking and changing the config.toml file from "Auto" to "Vulkan" and writing my own graphics card like the attached pic:
I also tried running it as an administrator.
The same thing happens with the launcher for the installation. I actually installed the game, very patiently, at 0.13 fps, thinking that the problem would be fixed once installed, but the error persists. I also tried checking that all drivers are updated, but nothing changed.
Technically it's not a crash, so I don't have any crash dump.
It might be related to you using vulkan, which gave someone else issues (https://github.com/hedge-dev/UnleashedRecomp/issues/1248). Still a bug
Edit: In the issue mentioned, the person had different issues, still worth a shot trying to use DirectX tho.
Are you running multiple monitors? If so, can you try moving it to a different one?

I have 3 monitors; I tried with all 3 on. I also tried with only 2 on. Finally, I tried with just 1 on. I tried it on all monitors separately, in windowed mode and in full screen. The problem happens in all scenarios.
Can you try increasing MaxFrameLatency in the config.toml?
Also, can you press F1 while in-game and take a screenshot of the profiler?
