Describe the Bug
All momentum gets halted after launching off that rail at 144FPS. Notably, this doesn't happen at 60FPS.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Set FPS to 144
- Play Windmill Isle Day Act 3
Expected Behavior
Momentum shouldn't be halted
