Snap Distribution
Hello, this is not a bug, just a question, do you intend to make a Snap version?
Snaps are what Ubuntu and its flavors use by default, it would be very practical if there was a Snap version, which was released in Snapcraft, it would be simpler to install and update.
Snaps are universally hated due to their proprietary nature. Flatpack in the other hand and universally supported and open source.
Users probably don't care about this difference, if someone is using Ubuntu, they probably don't see a problem in using Snaps.
Even if users know the difference, if they are on Ubuntu, they probably don't see a problem in using Snap, it's even more practical for things to already be in Snapcraft.
I've not seen many requests over time for Snap versions, so it's unlikely the current maintainers will spend any effort towards it. I'll leave it open in case there's interest in the future for it but don't expect much unless someone steps up to do it.
I managed to create a Snap version using the version published in this fork here: https://github.com/Jujstme/UnleashedRecomp
The Snap version I made was this one: https://snapcraft.io/unleashedrecomp
