Background Audio Playback

Implement an option that allows the user to mute the game's audio when the window is unfocused. This will require additional non-code work, specifically new translations and maybe a new thumbnail. This option should be located in the "Audio" tab.

This shouldn't be done now as we're not implementing any new features for a while, but when the times comes, I can take care of it.
