Email preview button and changes to email template

As emails are sent automatically and I sometimes wanted to change the email, it would be nice to have an email button near the edit button, to change details of the email, like:

• time and date when it is sent
• text of the mail
• text of meeting point
• time of meeting
• footer

The default could be determined as currently, however being able to change it would be useful.

Furthermore, a button, to not send an automatic email would be useful.

Lastly, the footer "At the event, please check in with one of the tutors by presenting your QR code. We look forward to seeing you!" could be exchanged for "At the event, please check in with one of the tutors by presenting your QR code.

We‘re looking forward to seeing you! [name1], [name2], [name3] and [name4]"

The app merely generates a template (#315) that is pre-filled with information from the event and can be sent with one click. Every mail is sent manually by downloading the template on the Run page and opening it with Outlook.

To change the meeting point, simply change the location of the event before generating the template. To change the time of meeting, change the time of the event. To change the main body of the mail, change the "Info for participants" field. To change anything else, modify the text to your liking in Outlook before sending the mail.
