Add "About TUMi" page

Add an "About TUMi" page with list of board members, and some information how you can apply as a TUMi tutor and why you should.

Would this be on the home page for you? If so, we should work on #136 and make it more editable. Otherwise something like the FAQ Page is easily done by just adding another markdown field to the tenant. I would try to not add this information statically.
