More user setting validation

Added MD5 check of game.exe in D2LoDPath to ensure 1.13c is used Fixed already existing (but not working) leveling profile check in Supervisor Settings. When selecting a leveling profile it now says that it must be used with the leveling run and offers to clear the enabled runs and enable the leveling run.
