Enable quickcast (choose in settings). Improve act1 leveling.

After implementing these changes, I experienced some strange behavior with my hammerdin. It stopped using the primary attack for blessed hammer.

I updated the attack.go to only use quickcast for secondary attacks, but probably a better way to handle it. attack.zip
