Koolo-Map.exe Error
Hello,
I have downloaded and followed all instructions to use koolo bot. When I run the koolo.exe and check the log file, I am seeing this error.
2023-12-26T21:44:20.846-0500 DEBUG ui/template_finder.go:37 Loading templates... 2023-12-26T21:44:20.864-0500 DEBUG ui/template_finder.go:73 Found a total of 70 templates, loaded in 16ms 2023-12-26T21:44:22.094-0500 INFO internal/supervisor.go:115 Diablo II: Resurrected window detected, offsetX: -31999 offsetY: -32000. Game Area Size X: 34168 Y: 33147 2023-12-26T21:44:22.094-0500 DEBUG run/run.go:45 Fetching map data...
No matter what I do, it seems like it cannot find the map data, even though the koolo-map exe is in the folder. I have downloaded LODPatch_113c and it works fine, I set the file location of LODPatch_113c in my config file as stated in the instructions.
Any idea why I cannot run the bot?
Thank you very much for you time and help
Could be a permission issue, make sure its not inside a windows mapped folder, better to use C:\diablo II\ or similar Or try another drive if available.
Are you sure the full 1.13c game is installed and pointed to? Where ever your config links to, go and open that file to make sure the D2 game window pops up and says 1.13 in the bottom left. When running the patch it will update the default D2 game directory, not the folder the patch is in. Which is something I ran into the same log you have.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your response. I have d2lod installed on my C drive: https://prnt.sc/Ggs6Ucyq1kbr https://prnt.sc/aS89d8BxVXeT I cannot open d2lod, my system says it does not support it https://prnt.sc/AB9gPyaBb9bj . I am playing on d2r. My d2r installation is pointed here: https://prnt.sc/k_I8mwJBVoWL
After downloading D2lod, I ran this patch installer: https://prnt.sc/Fw9g3QbRXs_c
I am not sure how the bot works, on the instruction page it said I needed d2load 1.13c and d2r, but I am trying to run the bot on my single player d2r account.
So in order for the bot to work I need the config file to point towards my d2lod1.3c file location so it can load those maps that the bot recognizes, but how can I run the bot on d2r? At the risk of sounding stupid with that question, is there something I am missing or does this bot not work for d2r?
Thank you
So I got passed the Fetching map data error, Now I am running the bot to do a lower kurast run. It walks down to the waypoint and then stops. Here is the error

I tried on both 1280x720 & 1920x1080. Both are not working for me. Any Ideas?
Thank you
Anybody?
It's holiday season, you might have to be patient.. That being said, I've not run into that specific problem. Only just started trying this a few weeks back.
In general I'd stick to running it at 720p windowed, 1080p didn't work for me and probably too demanding anyway. But looks like you're doing that anyway.
Since it runs into the issue at the NPC step, try running an area in a different act, or at least starting the game in a different act to see if the error persists.
Does it go to a vendor or open the waypoint? Or literally walk to the waypoint but doesn't click on it? Posting your config might help too, incase it's an issue in that.
