Improved leveling

Improved the leveling script futher:

• Fixed automatic skill assigning (only in D2R graphics, legacy is WIP)
• Removed skillbinding check for all leveling characters
• Made available the fire sorceress for leveling
• Removed Cain/Tristram from Act 1 leveling, too many things go wrong
