Framerate low for a few seconds with opengl backend

Using a debug build, opt-level=2 on win10 I observe low framerate for the first few ~5 seconds, only when the debug timing view is enabled.

Could you maybe share an SSCCE so I can reproduce the issue?

Thanks! I don't seem to be able to reproduce the issue on Linux. I will try Windows 10 tomorrow.
