Install the Plugin on a Windows Host

Is it possible to install this package on windows?

To be honest, I don't know. The plugin relies on the Perl package Inline::Python. About supported platforms it says:

Previous versions of Inline::Python worked on Windows and Cygwin -- this version has never been tested there. I strongly suspect it will require patching. Please send me patches.
