###Export command not exporting storage yml files

[ config:export ] Export skips certain content type fields when creating storage yml files.

Problem/Motivation

When attempting to export several content types using "drupal config:export:content:type", it runs without errors. When we browse the list of yml files, the storage file for some of the fields is missing.

• Drupal version 8.7.10
• Console version 1.9.4
• Drupal Console Launcher 1.9.4

Seems to be a bug related to only some of the fields. Those that were "cloned" and then renamed in the Drupal UI are missing storage files.
