Possible to adjust mouse sensitivity?

It's frustrating having the camera zoom about all over the place, with no way to lower the sensitivity other than in Windows.

this can be done by editing tweaks using XomView/Xom2Xml, I used this to fix mouse inversion. but these changes will cause desynchronization in the multiplayer.

for third-person view, change properties MouseXSpeed and MouseYSpeed in ShoulderCamera Container in CamTwk.xom make the same changes for other OccludingCameraPropertiesContainer containers in CamTwk

for blimp view, change these float resources

  • Camera.Blimp.MouseXSpeed
  • Camera.Blimp.MouseYSpeed
  • Camera.Blimp.MousePitchSpeed
  • Camera.Blimp.MouseYawSpeed

for first-person view, I haven't tried, but it must be float resources in Tweak.xom

  • Worm.AimMouseLR.Sensitivity
  • Worm.AimMouseUD.Sensitivity

What's the difference between using the command-flag /INVERTMOUSETP compared to the fix you linked ([W3D] TP Mouse Invert )? Does the /INVERTMOUSETP launch-flag also cause desyncs without modifying game files?

Also, how do you change the main menu (and pause menu) mouse sensitivity?

As long as each player has the same modified files, there shouldn't be any desyncs I assume.

It would be great having a way to modify all the sensitivities at once, if possible, with your ASI loading patches. It's a shame Team17 hid these settings in xom files. Thank you for all the details, finally I can aim properly.

INVERTMOUSETP makes blimp view moving upside-down

idk
