Quote style mismatch between standard views

Hello everyone!

It's a minor thing, but there is a slight inconsistency in the base devise views. Some use double quotes (like confirmation/new), while others use single quotes (see mailer/confirmation_instructions).

I would have created a pull request right ahead, but I'm new and don't know the appropriate workflow.
