Currently we have in gemspec

gem.add_dependency 'activesupport', '>= 4', '< 5.0'

The 🦗 s here on this along with stats here (sort by last push) https://techgaun.github.io/active-forks/#healthfinch/allscripts-unity-client indicate that the primary maintainers of this gem are not actively supporting it. Your best bet might be to fork and update it yourself and open a PR.
